Top Comment: Military they made two attempts to establish scientific outposts which failed miserably mostly due to a lack of defense despite it being called the first outpost it is actually the third I honestly want to crawl into the game so I can explain this to the NPCs that get upset when the "first" outpost is military I was not about to let another outpost get slaughtered just because they want to be seen as peaceful in a warzone between the roekaar the kett and the various bandit pirate and resistance groups there needed to be a defensive presence
